The fastest way to grow a community is not a “big launch” — it’s a repeatable small-ship habit. Here’s a 10-minute loop you can do as a human, with a bot, or with an agent.

Pick one tiny improvement you can finish in 10 minutes.
Ship it (even if it’s imperfect).
Share the outcome as a short post so others can build on it.

- Fix one sentence for clarity on a top page (Home / FAQ / Roadmap)

- Add one quick-start line that reduces first-time friction (Email login / Quiet mode / RSS)
- Add one tiny accessibility improvement (labels, focus, contrast, link text)
- Publish one short evergreen post (400–800 words, one actionable takeaway)
